Marketing Lead

The Marketing Lead will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives using market research and analysis as well as customer insights to direct marketing strategy and planning. He/She will oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns while reporting marketing and sales results to senior executives.

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field
    • Knowledge and experience with Marketing Strategy, Media Channels, Client Relationship Management and Social Media Management
    • Must be creative and adaptable
    • Ability to conduct research, analyze, and provide comprehensive insights
    • Experience with public speaking and must be an effective communicator
    • Experience with people management, budgeting, and cost management

Service Advisor

To assist with the general operations of the Service department to ensure that the process is efficient whilst serving as the first line of contact and communication link with customers.

    • Associates Degree or Diploma in related field of study
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service or front facing role
    • Experience in the automotive industry will be considered an asset
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of programmes along with experience working with an enterprise system
    • Ability to interact well with Technicians, Customers and Management
What we Expect from you?
    • All needs of the customers in their daily case load are fully understood and met to the greatest extent possible.
    • Ongoing communication takes place with customers in their daily case load during the service visit.
    • Vehicles and paperwork are fully ready when the customer arrives for collection.
    • It is the responsibility of that service advisor to maintain close communication with their set of customers throughout the day.
    • Complete daily ‘Overnight Reports’ using the standard Excel template for every vehicle with an open RO in the Service Advisor’s caseload
    • Provide a list of opened RO’s for the next day, printed from the Company’s Dealer Management System, to the Service Greeter.
    • Complete daily Customer Survey reports using the standard Excel template and distribute to the Customer Survey Administrator.

Sales Executive

To plan and organize the sales and marketing of the Division’s products in order to increase revenue and market share. To develop and maintain excellent customer relationships. The Sales Executive sells by understanding and demonstrating characteristics, capabilities, and features; developing and qualifying buyers; closing sales.

CNG Technician

To repair and/or service/ install CNG systems on units in accordance with local regulations and established company policies and procedures to ensure vehicles are fixed right and performs efficiently the first time and delivered to customers by promised date and time.

    • 5 CXC O'Levels including Match and English
    • Automotive certification from a recognized institution
    • Computer literacy and ability to navigate systems
    • 1 Year experience in a Service Workshop/Garage would be an asset
What we Expect from you?
    • To perform maintenance and installation of CNG systems in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications.
    • To perform diagnostic on CNG systems installed to determine root cause and make recommendations to rectify problems.
    • To perform checks on customer units that are brought in for CNG installation and determine feasibility of installation.
    • To assist with the inspection and/or road-testing of vehicles prior to repair/installation of CNG systems.
    • To attend all service meetings and training sessions to keep up to date on latest technical service bulletins and campaigns.

The position requires the driver to provide support to either New Vehicle Sales, Service and Parts Departments. Based on assignment, he/she will receive instructions from the relevant manager a daily basis to identify the specific needs.

    • 5 CXC O'Levels: including Math and English
    • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
    • Valid driver's permit and clean driving record
    • Police Certificate of Character
    • Defensive Driving Certificate would be an asset

    • Provide support for the movement of vehicles.
    • Management of the vehicles in showrooms, warehouse, bond.
    • Assist in the delivery to or collection of vehicles from Service Department customers.
    • Pick-up or delivery of Parts between local suppliers and Service Department as necessary.
    • General collection and/or delivery of documents to external service providers.
